Unlike traditional gyms or single-sport rinks, HBIQ Sports is a private, science-driven environment based in Cal Tire Place North—a landmark facility at the heart of Vernon, BC. Our foundation is the 'athlete-first' philosophy, ensuring every decision, protocol, and partnership is made for the individual athlete’s benefit. Our programs span hockey, volleyball, swimming, basketball, golf, football, and soccer, guiding each athlete from foundational movement to an elite, personalized profile. HBIQ Sports’ staff—led by owner Matt Stang—are highly educated and dedicated to providing every resource needed for athletic excellence, including advanced Exxentric and CC Athletics equipment, nutrition, and mental resilience protocols. We are not a public gym; entry is gated by a rigorous onboarding and interview process, ensuring every athlete upholds the grit, commitment, and professionalism that define our culture.
