From agility and directional change to contact conditioning and aerobic capacity, we prepare soccer players to compete with consistency and strength. Every athlete begins with a movement and endurance baseline, followed by individualized protocols based on position, strengths, and injury history. We’re not here for treadmill conditioning or generic ladders. We train for real match-day output, building power that lasts from first whistle to final sprint.

Do you train male and female soccer athletes?
Yes. All soccer athletes are welcome, with programming adjusted for developmental stage, position, and competitive goals.
Do you offer in-season training?
Yes. We provide in-season maintenance and injury mitigation programming to help athletes sustain peak condition during competition.
Is this only for Okanagan United players?
No. While we’re partnered with OUFC, any serious soccer athlete can join. We’ll match your program to your level and schedule.
What ages do you train?
We work with high school, collegiate, and adult-level players. All sessions are individualized to match performance goals and history.
Do you offer conditioning-only programs?
Our programs combine conditioning with strength and agility training. We do not offer standalone “conditioning-only” sessions.
